Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge
Birding at Ash Meadows is especially entertaining. The water features and secluded atmosphere of the boardwalk hikes make it an ideal location. Walk quietly along any of the boardwalks or sit at one of the viewing benches to enjoy some birdwatching.
The Furnace Creek Ranch
The Furnace Creek Ranch provides plenty of vegetation and water features for our birds, which makes it an ideal birding location. Check out the viewing platform next to Airport Road!
Wildrose
Birding at Wildrose is limited to the warmer months due to the harsh winters at higher elevations. With plenty of vegetation and tree coverage, Wildrose makes an excellent birding location. Walk quietly along the Wildrose trail or near the Charcoal Kilns to spot them!
