SCENIC
DRIVES

Driving through Death Valley can be a scenic and enjoyable experience, with many breathtaking views and landscapes. Some popular scenic drives include Titus Canyon (high-clearance, 4WD) and Artists Palette (paved).

STARGAZING

With its remote location and dark skies, Death Valley is an ideal place for stargazing. The park offers ranger-led Dark Sky programs throughout the Winter. Some popular stargazing locations include Harmony Borax Works, Badwater Basin, and Zabriskie Point. Death Valley NP is a Dark Sky Park, so you can’t go wrong when choosing where to enjoy the night sky.
